Beyzas Hotels & Suites, Istanbul

Upon arrival, the room was dirty and noisy but improved after a change of covers. The hotel is situated in Beyzas suites, which can be convoluted and noisy, especially at 3 AM. However, the location is excellent for reaching central places and public transport stops.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room we initially entered was quite dirty, but they promptly changed some of the bedding after an hour, which was a nice touch. The room covers were beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and lovely restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Oscar and Jalal. The dining experience was delicious with a wide selection, enhancing the overall stay. However, it would have been better if the dining options were more varied. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and maintained.

The hotel had both positive and negative aspects that stood out. The rooms were initially dirty but were spacious and clean after an hour, with helpful staff assisting with printing needs. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, including the hotel manager Oscar and Jalal. Location-wise, it was very convenient, being close to Taksim Square and central areas. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with some incomplete options. Despite initial cleanliness issues in the rooms, the overall stay was enjoyable with great service and a convenient location.
